Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a qualified

Carpenter

with experience in general construction to contribute to a variety of building projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a crew.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform rough and finish carpentry work on residential and commercial construction sites Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials according to specifications Install structures and fixtures, including windows, doors, framing, siding, drywall, and cabinetry Ensure work is completed according to safety and quality standards Collaborate effectively with site supervisors, trades, and subcontractors Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Qualifications:

3+ years of carpentry experience in a construction environment Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong understanding of tools, materials, and construction methods Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment Red Seal certification or apprenticeship an asset, but not required
