Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our construction and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills in carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, and general construction. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, including restoration, roofing, siding, new construction and more. The will be responsible for executing detailed tasks with precision and efficiency while adhering to safety standards and project specifications.

Duties

Interpret and work from schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution Install siding, roofing, and other building components with attention to detail Operate hand tools, power tools Measure materials accurately for construction estimating purposes Execute heavy lifting tasks safely during material handling and assembly processes Complete general maintenance person tasks including repairs and small-scale projects Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety protocols at all times

Experience

Proven experience in construction-related roles such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or general contracting Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for various construction projects Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools Prior experience in restoration projects or woodworking is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in physically demanding environments Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites and manufacturing facilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
