About the Role:

LTS Investments is seeking a reliable and skilled, experienced Carpenter with strong residential and/or commercial construction skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for framing, drywall installation and finishing, flooring installation, siding work, and interpreting blueprints to deliver high-quality workmanship on a variety of building projects.

Responsibilities:

Construct, frame, and install structural and non-structural walls Install drywall, including mudding, taping, and crack filling to a smooth finish Install various types of flooring (e.g., laminate, hardwood, tile, vinyl) Install exterior siding materials, including vinyl and wood Read and interpret building blueprints and project specifications Operate and maintain a full range of carpentry hand and power tools safely Follow building codes, safety regulations, and company standards Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Assist with other construction activities as required

Qualifications:

15 - 20 years of carpentry experience required Proven ability to perform framing, drywall finishing, Mudding, Tapping, Painting, woodworking, and flooring installation Strong proficiency with hand tools and power tools Ability to read and understand technical drawings/blueprints Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality craftsmanship Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks Experience using hand tools, woodworking tools, and power tools Strong work ethic with ability to work independently and complete tasks on time
