Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Carpenter. This position requires a strong background in various construction and maintenance person tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality work in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including experience in carpentry, with strong ability in concrete, framing and read blueprints and schematics effectively. Red seal would be preferred but is not a requirement. Starting wage is $38 / hr with the ability to move quickly into a six figure salary with the right work ethic and abilities.

Responsibilities

Perform construction tasks including framing, concrete and siding. Execute concrete forming and rebar installation for structural projects. Conduct flooring installation and tile laying to enhance interior spaces. Carry out cabinet installation and woodworking projects with precision. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications. Collaborate with team members on various projects while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction and carpentry Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics. Familiarity with concrete forming, flooring installation, tile laying, cabinet installation Proficient use of hand tools, power tools, CNC equipment, and other manufacturing machinery. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by various tasks. Knowledge of caulking techniques and siding installation is preferred. Basic plumbing and electrical experience is a plus but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
