We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our construction and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades, including carpentry, masonry, roofing, and electrical work. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that require technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. The will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of construction, renovation, and manufacturing tasks across multiple disciplines.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans. Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work with precision. Install cabinetry, flooring, tile, siding, and roofing materials according to specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Conduct construction painting, caulking, and finishing work to meet quality standards. Assist with plumbing and electrical installations as required for various projects. Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks to support project timelines. Apply construction estimating skills for material needs and project planning. Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed on-site. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each project phase.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction-related roles such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or general contracting. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other relevant equipment. Experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, tile laying, siding installation, or restoration projects is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites. Maintenance Person experience or background in manufacturing is a plus. Electrical or plumbing experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality standards. Pay: $21.62-$39.58 per hour
