Responsibilities

Perform construction estimating to accurately assess project needs and costs Execute trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and drywall installation with precision Use hand tools, power tools, and schematics to complete projects efficiently Read blueprints and schematics to guide installation and fabrication tasks Install concrete forms, rebar, siding, stucco, and roofing materials Conduct plastering, flooring installation, tile laying, and cabinet installation Handle water damage restoration, mold remediation, and general restoration work Install fixtures such as doors, windows, and lighting fixtures Engage in metal stud framing, drywall finishing, caulking, and painting Assist with plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and remodeling projects Perform heavy lifting and operate CNC machinery when required Fabricate custom components for various construction applications Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site at all times

Experience

Proven experience in construction estimating and project planning Extensive background in carpentry including trim, framing, roofing, and siding Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery Experience with blueprint reading and schematic interpretation Knowledge of concrete forming, plastering, masonry, and metal stud framing Familiarity with water damage restoration and mold remediation processes Prior work on construction sites with exposure to various trades such as plumbing and electrical systems Restoration industry experience is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in demanding environments Strong understanding of schematics for fixture installation and fabrication tasks
