Tasks
---------Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware Utilize hand and power tools Prepare and maintain cleanliness of collection areas Ensure construction plans meet guidelines and specifications of building codes and other regulations Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Construct and repair wood or metal supports and structures Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets
