Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various renovation carpentry tasks and a strong understanding of construction principles. Experience is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Tiling, drywall installation, mudding and taping (is an asset)
- Finishing carpentry (installing trim, molding, cabinets, etc.)
- Framing and structural repairs
- Reading blueprints and schematics
- Estimating materials and labour costs
-Build and repair decks and fences
- Schedule and coordinate work on site, instruct and supervise other workers
Qualifications:
- Proven carpentry experience
- Blueprint reading and estimating
- Familiarity with schematics
- Strong construction and finishing skills
- Ability to build and restore decks and fences
- Restoration work capability
- Expertise in drywall, mudding, taping and tiling
Must possess valid G2 licence
