Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications. Perform concrete forming and masonry work for structural integrity. Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and siding with precision. Execute construction painting tasks to enhance aesthetics and protection. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various tasks. Conduct restoration work on existing structures, ensuring quality finishes. Engage in rebar installation for reinforcement in concrete projects. Assist in plumbing and electrical tasks as needed, demonstrating versatility. Carry out assembly tasks for various components within projects. Manage heavy lifting requirements safely while maintaining efficiency on-site.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, woodworking, or related fields. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction estimating. Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus but not required. Strong skills in tile laying, flooring installation, caulking, and roofing. Previous maintenance person experience is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve project goals. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Must be physically fit to handle heavy lifting and long hours on-site.
