Tasks
---------Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments Brush waterproofing cement or other material over insulating materials Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials Position and secure steel bars or metal mesh in concrete forms to reinforce concrete structures Restore, clean or paint existing masonry structures Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces
