Position Overview

We're looking for a skilled and dependable carpenter to join our crew. You'll work on a variety of projects including framing, finishing, renovations, decks, custom woodwork, and general construction tasks. Ideal candidates are comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.

Responsibilities

Perform all aspects of carpentry work including framing, trim, installation, and repairs Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently Communicate clearly with supervisors, clients, and coworkers Assist in mentoring apprentices or general laborers as needed
Requirements

3+ years of carpentry or general construction experience (apprentices welcome to apply) Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials Reliable transportation to job sites Basic tools preferred (company can supply larger equipment) Positive attitude, clear communication, and pride in workmanship
