Job Summary

MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE. We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to restore and build various structures. This role requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as the capability to read blueprints and execute projects to specifications. The Carpenter will work on a variety of tasks, including drywall installation, roofing, cabinet installation, and siding.

Duties

Restore and build structures according to project specifications and blueprints. Install drywall, windows and doors, cabinets, and siding, and flooring with precision. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Perform heavy lifting as required for various construction tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Inspect completed work for quality assurance and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings. Proficiency in using hand tools (e.g., saws, hammers) and power tools (e.g., drills, nail guns). Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods. Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
