Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and be proficient in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to work collaboratively with other construction professionals.

Responsibilities

Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard. Perform tasks such as flooring installation, cabinet installation, and roofing. Execute construction painting and siding installation as needed. Lay tiles accurately and efficiently for various projects. Ensure all work is completed according to specifications and within project timelines. Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations and protocols. Utilize CNC machinery for precise cuts and designs when required. Troubleshoot issues related to plumb and level during installations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry. Proficiency in various carpentry techniques including flooring installation, cabinet installation, roofing, tile laying, siding, and construction painting. Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus. Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations. Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
