Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our construction and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills in carpentry and general construction. The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency with hand tools, power tools, contributing to high-quality craftsmanship across various trades. This position is essential for supporting our ongoing projects and ensuring timely completion of construction and renovation tasks.

Duties

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with construction painting, caulking, heavy lifting, and general site cleanup to maintain a safe work environment. Measure materials accurately for construction estimating and project planning purposes. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards. Perform maintenance person tasks including assembly, carpentry, woodworking, and miscellaneous repairs across various sites.

Experience

Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or related fields. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating is preferred. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, rebar installation, flooring installation, tile laying, siding application, and electrical or plumbing systems is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday. Demonstrated maintenance person experience with a broad skill set across multiple trades is advantageous. Strong understanding of safety protocols in construction environments is essential for success in this role.
