Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our construction and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades, including carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work. This role requires a proactive individual capable of interpreting schematics and blueprints, utilizing hand and power tools, and performing heavy lifting as needed. The will contribute to diverse projects such as restoration, siding, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, cabinetry, and more. This position offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects that demand precision, craftsmanship, and adaptability.

Duties



Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work with attention to detail Install siding, roofing, flooring, tiles, cabinets, and other building components using appropriate tools and techniques Conduct electrical wiring, plumbing installations, and construction painting as required Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to assemble structures or components Assist with caulking, heavy lifting, drywall installation, woodworking, and other finishing tasks Follow construction estimating guidelines for material usage and project timelines Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards

Experience



Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or general contracting Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematic interpretation Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in construction or manufacturing environments Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, siding installation, tile laying, flooring installation, cabinetry setup, or restoration projects is highly desirable Experience with electrical or plumbing systems is a plus Prior maintenance person experience or experience in manufacturing settings is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively for extended periods Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.27-$34.84 per hour
