We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our construction and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills in carpentry and general construction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including restoration, cabinetry, roofing, siding, and flooring installation. The will be responsible for executing various tasks that require technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. This position is essential for ensuring the successful completion of construction projects with high quality standards.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work to support foundational structures Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, siding, roofing, and other building components with precision Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently Conduct construction painting, caulking, and finishing work to meet project specifications Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety protocols Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and adherence to safety standards

Experience

Proven experience in construction-related roles such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or general maintenance person work Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for various trades including electrical and plumbing Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and construction equipment Prior involvement in restoration projects or manufacturing environments is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in physically demanding situations Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and best practices Experience with construction estimating or project planning is advantageous but not mandatory
This role requires a dedicated professional capable of handling multiple responsibilities across different trades. Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 9 per week
