The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills in construction, carpentry, and maintenance person services, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate project execution. Perform concrete forming and masonry tasks as required. Install cabinets, flooring, and tiles with precision. Execute construction painting and caulking duties to enhance project aesthetics. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery safely and effectively. Conduct construction estimating to assess project needs and materials. Engage in heavy lifting tasks associated with various installations and restorations. Collaborate with team members on roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical work, and rebar installation projects. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Provide maintenance person services as needed to support ongoing projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, woodworking, or related fields. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics. Familiarity with concrete forming, masonry work, cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical experience, caulking, rebar installation, assembly tasks, and heavy lifting techniques. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
