Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, with the ability to work on various projects ranging from residential framing to forming. This role requires hands-on experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in all tasks.
Duties
Read and interpret blueprints and design drawings to execute construction projects accurately Overseeing 1-2 carpenters/apprentices Perform framing and forming work as needed Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as part of project execution Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards
Experience
4-6 years 1-2 references required Proven experience in construction, carpentry, woodworking, or related fields Hands-on experience with various tools and machinery used in the industry Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols on job sites
