What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is confident in their skills, works efficiently, and knows how to lead with a calm, positive approach.

What You'll Do
Lead and coordinate day-to-day site activities
Handle framing, finishing, drywall, and other carpentry tasks
Read and interpret plans accurately
Keep the job site safe and organized
Mentor and support less experienced crew members
What You Bring
4+ years of carpentry experience (leadership experience is a bonus) Solid skills in framing and finishing Good problem-solving and communication skills Own tools and reliable transportation Knowledge of local building codes and standards
