Carfa Construction Ltd. is seeking a
skilled and reliable Carpenter
withhigh-rise residential experience
to join our growing team. We're a respected name in the construction industry, known for delivering quality craftsmanship on complex, large-scale residential projects.What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience, with a strong background in
high-rise residential construction
Proficiency in framing, forming, trim work, door and hardware installation, and caulking
Working at Heights
andWHMIS training
are considered beneficial Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentResponsibilities:
Perform all aspects of carpentry work from layout to finishing Install interior and exterior doors, trim, casings, door hardware, and apply caulking for clean, sealed finishes Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines Maintain a safe and organized worksite in compliance with company and site safety protocols
