Nobleterra Developments is a Kelowna-based homebuilding and land development company, and we're expanding our field crew. If you're hardworking, reliable, and want to help build high-quality homes and projects, we want to hear from you.
1. Carpenter
Responsibilities:
- Framing and structural carpentry
- Forming, backing, and prepping for trades
- Installing windows/doors
- General finishing and interior/exterior carpentry
- Reading plans and working efficiently with site supervisors
Requirements:
- 2+ years carpentry experience
- Ability to use carpentry tools safely
- Good problem-solving and communication
- Positive attitude and reliable work habits
2. Labourer
Responsibilities:
- Site cleanup and organization
- Moving materials and assisting carpenters
- Operating small tools and site equipment (training provided)
- Supporting day-to-day site operations
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn
- Able to lift materials and work outdoors
- Safety-focused team player
