We are looking for motivated Carpenters to join our team, bringing their enthusiasm for wood framing, panel assembly, and precision construction to our team.
Position Overview
As a
Carpenter - Wall Panel Division
, you will play a key role in assisting with the production of prefabricated wall panels, gaining hands-on experience in framing, assembly, and automated manufacturing. Working under the guidance of Journeyman Carpenters, you will develop technical skills in panel construction while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the assembly and production of prefabricated wall panels.
Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings under supervision.
Operate and assist with automated wall panel machinery.
Work with fasteners, adhesives, and reinforcements to secure wood components.
Maintain high-quality control standards and ensure panels meet specifications.
Work collaboratively with the production team to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.
Follow all safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Some experience in wood framing, panel construction, or general carpentry is an asset.
Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings.
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment.
Understanding of construction safety standards and best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
What We Offer
