Charter Flights: Drive-in/Drive-out daily Jardeg is recruiting Carpenter Journeyperson and 3rd & 4th year Apprentices to join the K+S Potash Bethune project on site approximately 1 hour northwest of Regina, SK. Located between Regina and Moose Jaw. Travel Allowance available for Regina locals and Living Out Allowance for non-locals! Carpenters:
- Read drawings and take instructions from supervisor.
- Create layouts including selecting materials, planning sequences and methods of work while measuring and marking materials correctly avoiding errors.
- Cutting and shaping materials, joining them with nails, screws, bolts, or glue.
- Check completed units ensuring they are level, square, plumb, and correct size, shape, and location.
- Work accurately by following national and local building codes.
- Registered Journeyperson or Apprentice or Interprovincial Red Seal.
- Construction Safety Training System (CSTS 2020) or Safety Construction Orientation Training (SCOT).
- WHIMS.
- Confined Space.
- Fall Protection.
- Elevated Work Platform.
- Concrete work experience.
- Industrial experience (Considered an asset).
- Day shift
- Journeyperson or Apprenticeship Certification (required)
