```Overview```
We are seeking carpenters to join our team on the Eastern Shore. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for various new construction and renovation projects. There will be a focus on new construction, custom build projects -- where our team handles all tasks related to building new homes aside from site work, septic, well, mechanical, and drywall. This is a hands-on role that requires experience with power tools, hand tools, and various construction techniques. ```Responsibilities```
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications
- Install siding, flooring, roofing, etc
- Frame homes, garages, and sheds
- Install windows and doors
- Perform general labor duties as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

```Experience```
- Proven experience as a Carpenter/Laborer or similar role, with 2+ years of experience (we will consider candidates with less if experience is highly relevant and will adjust wages accordingly).

- MUST be able to at least frame a simple wall independently. Please do not apply if you have no framing experience.
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Strong communication skills required.

- Must have own transportation.

- Required to have the basic tools (belt, hammer, tape, etc). Bonus if you have your own power tools.
