Competitive wage, to commiserate with experience Job Responsibilities: ? Measuring and layout of pier footings, walls, trusses and floor systems. ? Installation and layout of decks and railings ? General framing and rough carpentry ? Finished Carpentry such as ? Baseboard and casing installation, prepping and hanging of interior doors, trim and molding details, wood ceiling installation. ? Installation of windows and doors ? Flooring installation ? Siding set up, layout and installation ? Inventory management ? Ability to assist sub trades as required Qualities for a successful candidate: ? Punctuality ? will be expected to be on time and reliable each day we are working. ?
