Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile individuals to join our construction and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades, including carpentry, and finishing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects such as restoration, roofing, siding, framing, concrete, installation of windows and doors, and interior finish. The will be responsible for executing detailed construction tasks with precision and efficiency, contributing to high-quality project outcomes.

Duties

Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work to support foundational structures Install , windows, doors siding, and roofing materials with attention to detail Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for assembly, carpentry, woodworking, and finishing tasks Conduct caulking, and construction painting as needed Execute heavy lifting and material handling safely across various job sites Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality

Experience

Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, siding, or related fields Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics are preferred but not necessary. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment relevant to the trade Prior maintenance person experience or background in restoration projects is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently Strong knowledge of safety procedures in construction environments Demonstrated ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately
This position requires a dedicated professional with a comprehensive skill set in multiple aspects of construction. Candidates should be committed to quality workmanship and safety standards while contributing positively to team efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.25-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
