Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in framing structures, including walls, roofs, and floors, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes. This role requires a strong understanding of blueprint reading and the ability to work with various materials and tools. The Framer will play a crucial role in the successful completion of construction projects.

Duties

Construct and assemble wooden structures according to specifications and blueprints. Install drywall and perform concrete forming as required for various projects. Utilize power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively. Conduct heavy lifting tasks as necessary to move materials and equipment. Finish concrete surfaces to ensure durability and aesthetics. Read and interpret schematics to accurately execute project plans. Restore existing structures as needed, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience in framing or related construction fields. Proficiency in drywall installation, concrete forming, and finishing techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics. Familiarity with operating heavy equipment safely on job sites. Competence in using various power tools and hand tools effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.38-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
