Job Description

:

We are currently hiring experienced Framers, Drywallers, Tapers, and Floor Installers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in their trade, with a strong understanding of construction standards, safety protocols, and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Framer:

Read and interpret blueprints and framing plans

Measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal framing structures

Ensure framing is level, plumb, and square

Drywaller / Taper:

Install drywall panels on walls and ceilings

Tape, mud, and sand drywall seams and corners to a smooth finish

Patch and repair existing drywall as needed

Floor Installer:

Install a variety of flooring types (laminate, vinyl, hardwood, tile, etc.)

Prepare subfloors, level surfaces, and ensure precise cutting and fitting

Follow layout plans and ensure high-quality installation

Requirements:

4-5+ years of experience

in one or more of the listed trades

Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions

Own tools and reliable transportation

Good communication and teamwork skills

Strong attention to detail and safety practices

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation:

Hourly Rate:

$24 to $36/hour (depending on trade and experience)
