Qualifications
Proven experience in construction of decks and fences is mandatory
Familiarity with installation techniques, particularly stairs, glass railings and composite decking
Proficient in using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Must have own vehicle and tools
