Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom home construction and various aspects of carpentry, including framing, foundation, and siding. This role requires a professional with comprehensive knowledge of blueprint reading, and the use of hand and power tools. The Carpenter will be responsible for executing high-quality craftsmanship on custom homes, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and collaborating effectively with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
Duties
Perform foundation, framing, and siding work. Utilize hand tools, and power tools. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and industry standards. Communicate effectively with project managers and team members to ensure project specifications are met.
Skills
Proficiency with hand tools, and power tools Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to various project requirements. Valid experience in custom home construction (5 years minimum)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37.00-$45.00 per hour
