WHAT YOU DO:
We are currently seeking a
Carpenter
to work at our project site in Chilliwack.This is an hourly, full-time position.
Job details include:
Install structures and fixtures, such as wood framing. Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials. Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes. Erect, level, and install building framework with the aid of rigging hardware and cranes. Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures. Instruct and direct laborers and other construction helpers. Available for after hours emergencies as required.
WHO YOU ARE:
Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Good understanding of construction principles and procedures. Good communication skills. Valid B.C. Driver's License. Minimum of 2 years previous experience working on job sites. Eligible for work in Canada.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
