Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Carpenter. This role involves a variety of tasks related to construction and maintenance, requiring a strong background in multiple trades. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience and be comfortable working with various tools and materials. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute construction tasks accurately. Perform concrete forming and masonry work, ensuring structural integrity. Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and siding with precision and attention to detail. Engage in restoration projects, applying skills in carpentry, woodworking, and construction painting. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various construction tasks. Conduct construction estimating to assess project requirements and material needs. Execute rebar installation as needed for concrete projects. Assist with plumbing and electrical tasks where applicable, demonstrating maintenance person experience. Carry out assembly tasks for various components as required by the project scope. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

Proven experience in construction-related roles, showcasing skills in carpentry, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, roofing, caulking, and heavy lifting. Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus. Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques is essential. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in all aspects of work performed.
