Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our construction and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades, including carpentry, masonry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance person skills. This role involves performing a wide range of tasks to support construction projects, manufacturing processes, and renovation efforts. The will be responsible for interpreting schematics and blueprints, operating power tools and hand tools, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met throughout all phases of work.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, siding, roofing, tile laying, flooring installation, and masonry work Install cabinets, siding, and other fixtures with precision using hand tools and power tools Conduct construction painting, caulking, and finishing tasks to ensure high-quality results Assist with plumbing and electrical installations as needed Operate CNC machines when required for manufacturing or custom fabrication projects Estimate project costs and materials for construction estimating purposes Execute heavy lifting safely to move materials or equipment on-site Support restoration projects by repairing or refurbishing existing structures Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Requirements

Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, or general maintenance person roles Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction and manufacturing settings Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, siding, tile laying, flooring installation, and cabinetry is highly desirable Experience with CNC machines or manufacturing processes is a plus Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy lifting and construction work Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory depending on job site requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
