Position Overview:

We are looking for passionate and skilled individuals to fill Red Seal and Apprentice positions. Whether you're an experienced tradesperson with a Red Seal certification or an eager apprentice looking to start your career in the trades, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Red Seal Positions:

Execute high-quality workmanship in various construction projects. Mentor and guide apprentices and junior staff. Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Adhere to safety regulations and best practices on-site. Be able to read & interpret blueprints

Apprentice Positions:

Assist skilled tradespeople in daily tasks and projects. Participate in on-the-job training to develop your skills. Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications: ENGLISH TO BE FIRST LANGUAGE FOR ALL APPLICANTS

For Red Seal Positions:

Valid Red Seal certification in your trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical). Proven experience in construction or renovation projects. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

For Apprentice Positions:

Minimum 3 Years Experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Interest in pursuing a career in the trades. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Strong willingness to learn and take direction.
