What you'll do

Execute precise construction estimating to determine project costs and timelines. Perform trim and frame carpentry with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks. Read blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution. Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and rebar installation for structural integrity. Conduct fixture installation, including cabinetry and door hanging, with precision. Participate in restoration projects, including water damage restoration and mold remediation. Collaborate with team members on roofing, siding, flooring installation, tile laying, and more.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in construction site environments. Familiarity with woodworking techniques and materials. Ability to lift heavy materials safely as required.

Preferred qualifications

Hands-on experience in the restoration industry. Skills in caulking, stucco application, and masonry work. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, or metal stud framing is a plus. Experience with CNC machinery or assembly processes is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$39.46 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
