Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of construction and maintenance person skills, enabling them to tackle various tasks efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Canidate will be responsible for executing projects that involve construction, restoration, and maintenance tasks across different environments.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements Perform concrete forming and masonry work as needed Wood Framing/Floor Systems/Truss Systems and Structural Componets Window and Door Installation Exterior Cladding ( Vinyl, Wood, Composite and Stone) Execute cabinet installation and flooring installation Lay tiles and conduct construction painting to enhance aesthetics Drywall Repairs Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Carry out roofing tasks, including installation and repairs Apply caulking for sealing gaps in various structures Engage in heavy lifting as required for different projects Provide maintenance person services Assemble components for various construction projects

Skills

Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics Experienced in Wood Frame Construction, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, cabinet installation, construction painting, roofing, caulking, and assembly of various materials Strong carpentry skills with a focus on woodworking techniques Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively while adhering to safety protocols Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks
This position requires a proactive individual who is ready to take on diverse challenges in the construction field. Own Reliable Transportation is a must. Willing to travel to different site locations. If you have the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$40.00 per hour
