We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for craftsmanship. This role involves a variety of tasks related to construction and renovation projects, requiring both physical strength and technical skills. The Carpenter/Laborer will work closely with other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Duties

Perform flooring installation, ensuring precise measurements and quality finishes. Assist in heavy lifting and transporting materials to job sites. Operate CNC machinery for cutting and shaping materials as needed. Utilize hand tools effectively for various carpentry tasks, including assembly and restoration work. Engage in masonry tasks as required, contributing to building structures or features. Provide maintenance person services for minor repairs and maintenance tasks on-site. Assemble frameworks for roofs, walls, and other structures according to blueprints or specifications. Install drywall and ensure proper finishing techniques are applied for a seamless appearance.

Skills

Proficiency in flooring installation techniques and materials. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Experience operating CNC machinery is a plus. Strong knowledge of hand tools used in carpentry and construction. Skills in restoration techniques for various materials and surfaces. Familiarity with masonry work, including bricklaying or stone setting. General maintenance person skills for minor repairs and maintenance tasks. Competence in assembling structural components such as roofs and walls. Experience with drywall installation and finishing processes is desirable.
