A loving family that cherishes outdoor experiences and nature is in search of a compassionate Nanny to care for their baby, they are seeking an individual with a genuine passion for working with children. Someone who has knowledge of the Montessori method would be ideal. Proficiency in French is required or being bilingual is highly desirable. Their ideal Nanny will be dedicated to fostering their daughter\'s growth and well-being. Responsibilities include engaging in playtime, handling feeding routines, organizing outdoor activities (weather permitting), and managing nap times. Additionally, assistance with baby-related tasks such as laundry and post-activity tidying is required. While cooking skills are appreciated, they are not mandatory. The position entails a commitment to a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with potential flexibility for trips during conferences. Requirements:

• Eligibility to work in Canada
• Minimum age of 19
• A minimum of three years of childcare experience
• Childcare CV/Resume
• Positive references, with at least three childcare references
• A reference letter (minimum of one)
• Cover letter detailing childcare experience
• Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification
• Willingness to undergo a Canadian criminal record check
• Previous baby care experience
• Proficiency in French
• Driving capability for commuting
• Comfortable working with Dad in a home office setting

Responsibilities:

• Establish a secure and stimulating environment for the baby
• Actively engage in play with the baby
• Provide support to the family for all child-related matters
• Prepare meals for the baby
• Handle cleaning tasks related to the baby
• Organize outdoor activities (weather permitting)
• Other Considerations:
• Occasional travel during conferences
• 1 year contract commitment

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $25.00-$26.00
• Guaranteed 35 hours per week
• Meals and snacks provided
• Gas contribution available
