Caretaking Manager

in the

Red Deer area.

This position will oversee custodial operations for various buildings. You will manage a team and lead custodial operations, ensuring all facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise caretaking staff and oversee daily cleaning operations. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and quality standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to address special cleaning needs Support event setup and tear down.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in custodial or caretaking management. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards. Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Experience with budgeting and vendor management is an asset.
