Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Caretaker to join our team. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning various facilities. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of facilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Yard MaintenanceExperience:
- Previous experience cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
