We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and well-being in various settings such as home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice care. Your responsibilities will include personal care tasks, companionship, and assistance with daily activities.

Responsibilities



Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being. Help with mobility and transportation needs, including heavy lifting when necessary. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Support clients with dementia or other cognitive impairments through patience and understanding. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.

Requirements



Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of senior care practices, including hospice care and assisted living environments. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by client needs. Compassionate demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed. Certification in CPR/First Aid or relevant caregiving training is a plus.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
