Patient bio:

89 year old female has dementia and physical limitations (balance, range of motion, etc.). Due to dementia can become verbally aggressive as patient believes she does not need a caregiver. High risk for falls.

Care description:

Family is looking for a certified PSW with extensive dementia training/knowledge to support. Care will include: personal care, housekeeping, laundry, companionship, meal prep and medication reminders.

Family is looking for a female PSW who speaks Italian fluently.

Frequency of care required:

2-3 days per week to start. Each shift 4 to 8 hours per day. Family just looking around to first confirm if they can find an Italian speaking PSW. The family will require a in-person meet and greet.

What we are looking for:

A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible. High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate. Access to reliable transportation. Certified PSW with extensive experience to support dementia patients

Salary Range:

$20 per hour
