Attention Surrey, Delta ,Abbotsford, New Westminster, Burnaby, North Shore and Vancouver caregivers....We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in various care settings all over Lower Mainland. This role is ideal for those passionate about helping others and making a positive impact on their lives. The position involves working closely with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or patients requiring specialized care, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospice care, or home care is highly valued. Candidates should be committed to delivering respectful and personalized care in a professional manner.

Duties

Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs Support with light housekeeping tasks like cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe environment Help with mobility and heavy lifting as needed to ensure safety Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a caring environment Assist with activities of daily living for seniors or individuals with disabilities Support clients with dementia or hospice needs with patience and understanding Document care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare teams or family members

Skills

Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments Knowledge of patient care, medication administration, and nursing procedures Familiarity with dementia care, hospice care, and working with people with disabilities Strong caregiving skills combined with compassion and patience Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility support Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members Ability to handle cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining hygiene standards Flexibility to adapt to different care needs and work environments Basic cooking skills for meal preparation tailored to dietary restrictions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$23.15 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 34 per week
