Job Description
We are recruiting for 3-4 Personal Support Workers to assist a female employer with Cerebral Palsy in all activities of daily living.
The successful candidate will be someone who can be patient and has a sense of humor.
The employer enjoys playing on the computer, watching YouTube, and loves listening to music!
Location:
Okanagan Falls
Shifts & Hours of Work:
Saturday and Sunday 9AM - 12PM and 6PM - 10PM
Compensation:
$25.00 an hour
Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
Assisting with showering, bathing, dressing, and toileting Assisting with all activities of daily living Eating assistance Ceiling lift transfer Cleaning, vacuuming, cleaning commode & bath chair, and taking garbage out Medication administration Assisting on errands, shopping, going to movies, etc.
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of caregiving experience (required) Physically fit for what the role demands Class 5 Driver's License (required) Personal vehicle (required) Comfortable taking employer out in their accessibility van (required)
