Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Full time and Part time Care Aides to assist our C5 Complete Quadriplegic male employer with activities of daily living.

Our employer enjoys camping, napping in the sun and going for walks with the dog.

The position is best suited for someone with a flexible schedule that can adapt to their surroundings, activity or group. Schedules are set in advance, especially during summer months when the employer is sometimes out of town at family cabin. Travel could also be worked into the position if you are open to it.

Shifts & Hours of Work:

Reliable full-time and part-time care aides needed for Weekdays and Weekends Hours are varied: 4hour minimum to 8hour maximum

Compensation:

$28 per hour

Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):

Assist with personal morning care Light housekeeping and meal prep required in family home setting Additional hours are available (if wanted) for daily/weekly extra curricular activities like curling, gym workouts, appointments, etc.

Required Qualifications:

For medication reasons, candidate must be able to speak, read and write English fluently Must be reliable A non-smoker Class 5 Driver's License is required Must love dogs and be able to interact with them Experience with quadriplegic care is an asset Willing to be trained
