Job Description

We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide personal care and respite for an adult with medical needs in his own home. This role is essential in supporting daily activities and creating a comfortable, safe environment.

ONLY PART TIME AVAILABLE

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Assist client with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, and toileting) Cleaning and laundry Preparing meals Collaborate with client and caregivers for the best care opportunities Outings with client Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment ?

Qualifications:

Previous experience in personal care or other related fields is an asset Previous experience with electronic ceiling lifts is an asset Must be punctual & reliable Compassionate and caring demeanour Good written and verbal communication skills Valid Class 5 Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract Clean criminal record check for the vulnerable sector Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, some overnights, and holidays, as this position is 24/7, 365 days a year

Note:

There are animals (small dogs) on the premises. If you are uncomfortable or allergic to dogs, this position may not be a good fit.

Note:

NO Heavy lifting is required.

Experience is not required; we are willing to train the right candidates.

Pay: From $22.25 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
