Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospice care, senior care, or home care settings and will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This role requires a blend of physical stamina and emotional sensitivity as you assist clients with daily activities and ensure their comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance. Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients receive proper nutrition. Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Support clients with mobility, including heavy lifting when necessary. Monitor client health and report any changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with family members and other caregivers.

Requirements

Previous experience in caregiving, hospice care, or senior care is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by client needs. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care. Knowledge of basic hygiene practices and safety protocols in caregiving settings. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a nursing home or home care environment. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between client locations if required.

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour
