Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to improve the quality of life for seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness. This role involves delivering personalized care in a respectful and empathetic manner, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity for all clients.

Duties

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide patient care including medication administration and monitoring health conditions Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe environment Support clients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being Document care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members Follow care plans accurately, especially when working with clients with dementia or hospice needs Ensure safety protocols are adhered to at all times during caregiving activities

Experience

Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments is preferred Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring dementia or hospice care is highly valued Knowledge of medication administration and basic nursing skills is advantageous Experience in caregiving roles that involve patient care, meal preparation, and light cleaning is beneficial Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and effectively manage physical demands of the role Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and patience when working with diverse populations
