FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Serve to care Home-care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to client of all ages.As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by assisting them with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, and promoting their overall well-being and by providing personal care such as bathing,showering and toileting. This position requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to work with diverse populations, including seniors and individuals of all ages. Clients resides in their own homes or personal care homes. Caregivers provide us with the consistent weekly availability that works best for them and we offer schedules accordingly. Responsibilities

Provide patient care and support to clients in their homes or assisted living facilities. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status. Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Support clients with mobility needs, including heavy lifting when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Previous experience in home care, senior care, or hospice care is preferred but not required. Familiarity with working with persons with disabilities is a plus. Knowledge of caregiving best practices, including medication administration techniques. A background in related healthcare fields is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients. Compassionate nature Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the clients need. Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices. Basic knowledge of medication administration protocols is an asset.

Pay: $17.22-$24.62 per hour
