Assistant

. This role is an on-campus position at our campus in ?

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Education and Career Services team, this entry level career services position responsibilities include:

Securing and coordinating practicum opportunities with employers on behalf of students Supporting students regarding resumes, cover letters, interview preparation, dress etc. Instructing students on career management and job search techniques Working collegially in a team setting with campus staff General administration and reporting Coordination of select campus activities, trade shows and events Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

Desire to achieve goals and objectives Exceptional phone etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills Good analytical & problem-solving skills Above average teamwork &communication Reliable, punctual and organized Intermediate proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel Desire to engage and contribute to a fun, fast-paced, supportive environment
